REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services or platform usage provided by Firdah Innovations.


2. SaaS & Platform Services

For subscription-based platforms (e.g., Vitaro):

  • Fees are billed in advance (monthly/annual)
  • Payments are generally non-refundable once the service is activated
  • Users may cancel future renewals at any time


3. Custom Development Services

For custom solutions:

  • Payments are milestone-based
  • Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced and deliverables are in progress
  • Any disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis


4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors in billing
  • Service non-availability due to system issues (verified)


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Users can cancel subscriptions before the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds for unused periods unless explicitly agreed


6. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
